Q: How many are in each group?
A: No more than 10
Q: How can I make this work when I don't have a lot of time?
A: If you can find 5 minutes somewhere in your schedule each day, this will work!
Q: Will I lose weight?
A: Maybe. Maybe not. We do focus on nutritional habits and sometimes when what we eat, and how we eat changes, our bodies change too.
Q: When are the meetups?
A: There will be monthly meetups for at Finding Balance for 90 minutes which will be on Sunday evenings at 5pm.
Q: What if I can't attend a meetup?
A: There will be an option to schedule a time and day to meet with Sandra based on her availability, either in-person on virtually.
