I'm Sandra and I'm a wife, a mom to three teenagers, with a full-time desk job, and Founder of Finding Balance Yoga. I've taken what I have learned as a Girls Gone Strong Women's Coaching Specialist, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 Coach, and yoga teacher, to coach busy women who are running on fumes and are in need of small, daily, self-care practices that lead to life-changing results without feeling overwhelmed.

We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress-management to nutrition and movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you. 

You’ll start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, I’ll customize your entire program and we’ll start the proven coaching process.

Every day, you’ll work on a lifestyle practice. Each practice will be customized to help you get the results you are looking for. 

I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.

Q:  How many are in each group?
A:  No more than 10

Q:  How can I make this work when I don't have a lot of time?
A: If you can find 5 minutes somewhere in your schedule each day, this will work!

Q:  Will I lose weight?
A: Maybe.  Maybe not.  We do focus on nutritional habits and sometimes when what we eat, and how we eat changes, our bodies change too.  

Q:  When are the meetups?
A: There will be monthly meetups for  at Finding Balance for 90 minutes which will be on Sunday evenings at 5pm.

Q: What if I can't attend a meetup?
A: There will be an option to schedule a time and day to meet with Sandra based on her availability, either in-person on virtually.
