Are you looking to release the weight of stress, anxiety, or past trauma? Trauma Release Yoga combines the power of mindfulness, body movement, and breath to help you process and release what may be holding you back.

Trauma can cause a person to feel disconnected from their physical body, making it hard to feel grounded or present. They might avoid physical sensations or emotions altogether, leading to difficulty trusting their own body and reactions.

People dealing with trauma often struggle to manage triggers—specific situations, memories, or even body sensations that remind them of their trauma. These triggers can create intense emotional responses, making it hard to cope with daily life or feel safe in their environment.

Many people feel constantly on edge, unable to relax or unwind. Their minds are often racing with negative or anxious thoughts, leading to emotional exhaustion and a feeling of being stuck in survival mode.

Two Programs For You

In our group sessions, we will explore how to tune into the mind’s noise—whether it’s racing thoughts, worries, or negativity—and use mindful movement and breathwork to bring balance and stillness.

What to Expect:
 • A 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class designed to help you notice and manage overwhelming moments.
 • Gentle, guided discussions following class to process what comes up.
 • Grounding tools and techniques to help you settle your mind and body.
 • A workbook to track your journey and progress over time.

Our classes focus on cultivating awareness of the body and mind, empowering you to adjust to what arises in a safe and supportive environment.

1:1 Trauma Release Sessions

For a deeper, more personalized experience, our 1:1 trauma release sessions are a powerful way to reconnect with yourself and process past traumatic experiences.

What to Expect:
 • Three consecutive Saturdays, each session lasting 75 minutes.
 • A private, safe space to explore past traumas and emotions that may still affect you.
 • Tools and techniques to desensitize the impact of these traumas, reducing their hold on your day-to-day life.

In these sessions, we’ll work together to help you lower the emotional weight of your trauma, using mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding exercises tailored to your personal journey.

You will begin to notice that your reactions to trauma-related triggers are less intense, allowing you to feel safer and more in control of your emotions and responses in everyday situations.

You will begin to trust your body again, gain confidence in recognizing and responding to what your body is telling you, which creates healing and a sense of empowerment.

Over time, you will feel more equipped to handle daily stressors and will be able to reset emotionally when anxiety spikes.
