Make sure you are subscribed to our emails and texts and that notifications are set to 'On' in the Walla app. You will receive confirmation and reminders about your booked classes as well as confirmation when you cancel or reschedule a class. We also send notifications out about classes when there is inclement weather.

To update your notifications: Navigate to your Walla profile. Click on Communications. On the left side of the screen you will see Communication Preferences. Update Marketing and SMS/Text options
