This 50-minute Barre class takes it up a notch with a high-energy blend of ballet-inspired movement, strength training, and low-impact cardio for a total-body workout. Designed for those seeking a greater challenge, it focuses on small, controlled movements and high repetitions to tone, sculpt, and improve posture and balance. While modifications are available, this class is best suited for intermediate levels. Leave feeling powerful, energized, and accomplished!

We do not.
We do provide body wipes for you to use as well as deodorant wipes, deodorant spray, lotion, body oil, feminine products, and hair ties.
Our restroom is large enough to comfortable change in to get ready for work, or class.
Not intentionally.
We typically maintain a room temperature of 70-73 degrees. However, in our more active classes it does get warm quickly.
We do make it 74-76 degrees for our restful, cozy classes.

For movement classes, we don't recommend clothing that is too loose that might get bunched up in certain poses. Please make sure you wear underwear and bra/sports bra with any loose fitting clothing.
For resting classes, it's not uncommon to see some in relaxing, ultra comfortable clothes. You can even come in your PJ's if you want! It does happen!
If you have your own, you are more than welcome to bring it.
If you do not have one or can't seem to find your, we have plenty in the studio for you to use while you're there.
If it is an outdoor event, we do take a few, unless we know before hand we will be needing a large quantity.
No problem! We get new practitioners quite often! Our only recommendation is to wait until after you've taken a few classes before trying the Energizing Flow or Barre Strong, just to familiarize yourself with some poses.
Determine whether you're wanting to be more active with a movement/flow class, or be more restful with Deep Rest or Serenity Hour.
