Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, enabling you to register as a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. Sandra Moreland is a Yoga Alliance ERYT-200 Teacher and will be leading the program. Sandra completed her 200 hour training from Soul Strong Yoga in Round Rock in 2020. Since then she has completed multiple trainings with Soul Strong Yoga and in 2023 she is gaining an additional 300 hours of training. Finding Balance Yoga and Soul Strong Yoga have come together to bring you this incredible training. Soul Strong Yoga's training program is approved by Yoga Alliance and graduates can register with Yoga Alliance to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) upon completion.

Q: Do I need yoga experience?
A: No. We meet you where you are and help you learn and grow your yoga practice.
Q: How many are in each group?
A: No more than 10.
Q: Do I have to teach yoga when my training is complete?
A: Some people intend to teach in a private setting, at a studio, online, or not at all. Enrolling in the training will develop a deeper practice and understanding of yoga.
Q: Do I have to be a member of Finding Balance?
A: No. You will receive an unlimited membership during the training period so you are able to put what you are learning into practice.
Q: What if I can't make all of the classes?
A: You will have access to an online portal to catch up in the event that you're unable to attend a class.
Q: Are there any other costs?
A: There are recommended books and reading assignments. Books can be purchased online and often found at local bookstores.
Q: Is there a payment plan? Or a refund policy?
A: There is a payment plan available allowing you to place a deposit and pay the balance in monthly installments. The deposit is non-refundable. If you withdraw your enrollment prior to the first class, no additional fees or payments will be required. If you paid in full, you will receive a refund of the tuition, minus the deposit.
Q: Is it possible to have lower payments?
A: Yes, with a larger deposit, this will reduce the monthly payments.
