Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Barre Teacher Certificate from Finding Balance. 

Sandra Moreland is the Founder and Owner of Finding Balance where she leads the Yoga Teacher Training and teaches Yoga and Barre classes. She is a Yoga Alliance ERYT-200, RYT-500, YACEP.  Sandra is also certified in Meditation and Mindfulness, Trauma Informed Yoga, Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 Coach and Women's Coaching Specialist and will be co-leading the program along with Brandy Wilson. 

Brandy Wilson has been practicing and teaching Barre since 2015 and yoga for 4 years. She is certified in Barre, Lagree and received my 200hr YTT from Yoga Alliance through Soul Strong Yoga in 2020. She is also certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy from Sundara Yoga Therapy here in Austin.

After completing the training, you’ll have access to monthly meet-ups to continue growing your knowledge, skills, and confidence.

FAQ

Q: Do I need prior experience?
A: No.  We meet you where you are and help you learn and grow.

Q:  How many are in each group?
A:  No more than 10.

Q:  Do I have to teach when my training is complete?
A: Some people intend to teach in a private setting, at a studio, online, or not at all.  Enrolling in the training will develop a deeper practice and understanding of Barre.

Q:  Do I have to be a member of Finding Balance?
A: No, but it is helpful to have a regular practice.

Q:  What if I can't make all of the classes?
A: We will help you catch up on anything you miss!

Q: Are there any other costs?
A: There are recommended books and reading assignments. Books can be purchased online and often found at local bookstores. 

Q: Is there a payment plan? Or a refund policy?
A: There is a payment plan available allowing you to place a deposit and pay the balance in monthly installments.  The deposit is non-refundable. If you withdraw your enrollment prior to the first class, no additional fees or payments will be required.  If you paid in full, you will receive a refund of the tuition, minus the deposit.

Q: Is it possible to have lower payments?
A: Yes, with a larger deposit, this will reduce the monthly payments.
