Hi, I’m Sandra — the owner of Finding Balance Yoga and your lead teacher for this training. I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years and coaching women through real-life transformation for over a decade.
I believe yoga teacher training should be more than memorizing poses or learning to cue a flow —
it should help you connect more deeply with your own body, your own voice, and the unique way you’re meant to share yoga with others (or simply with yourself).
My approach is rooted in both practical experience and curiosity. I’m here to break things down clearly, ask good questions, and hold space for the kind of growth that sticks — on and off the mat. Our Summer 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training includes:
133 hours of in-person instruction
30 hours of online lessons
20 hours reading & reflection homework
10 hours of class observations
7 hours of prepping for and presenting your Final Project
