Finding Balance offers a safe space to allow individuals to connect to their body, mind, and community. We offer yoga for all abilities, as well as coaching for self-care that includes movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and mindfulness, empowering each person to find their balance.
As yoga instructors we offer various styles of yoga asana (movement), meditation, breathwork and mindfulness.
In our coaching program, we help moms who have spent years putting themselves last to reconnect to their self-awareness, find balance by moving, eating, and living in a way that promotes self-care without guilt. shame, or dieting.
We do not focus on weight loss or diets but rather healthier eating and movement as an act of self-care.
