Is it time to check in on those New Year goals?
I hope 2021 is treating you well so far! It’s hard to believe that January has come and gone and February is here!
Did you set some goals for this year? How are they going so far?
I hope you’re moving right along and on track to crush those goals. But, if you’re not, or you start to feel “off track”, it’s completely normal and definitely not something to beat yourself up about.
Show yourself some grace, love. You’re and amazing human and we all feel like we’re falling short sometimes, but remember that we’re our own worst critics.
Pause.
Breath.
Reflect.
What’s working and what is not?
Do you need to break your goals into smaller bites?
Did you set outcome goals instead of behavior goals? Outcome goals are the end result, but behavior goals are the actions we take to reach the outcome.
Do you need an accountability partner? Whether that’s a friend, family member, coach, an app on your phone, or a checklist that you hang on the wall, something that can hold you accountable can be a huge help!
