You don’t need to have a certain level of fitness or flexibility to try yoga. Our teachers provide modifications to adapt poses to your ability and needs.

Wear clothes that are comfortable on your body but that will not get in the way during practice.

If you feel intimidated, focus on walking in with an open mind. Yoga is about self-acceptance and self-awareness. It’s about YOU.

You don’t need to have practiced yoga to attend our classes. Every yoga class is led by an experienced, well-practiced and certified instructor trained to offer variations and adjustments for every posture, to adapt to each individual’s unique abilities.
